About Literacy

There are lots of opportunities to improve reading and writing skills at Cobourg Collegiate. Literacy skills are embedded throughout each and every course. However, students in Grades 9 and 10 are given extra attention as they lead up to the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT). Extra practice and tutorials are offered through Academic Support and within the regular classroom setting.

Literacy Boot Camp - continues to run Tuesdays from 2:30 - 4pm and Wednesdays at lunch in Room 124

Join the Lifelong Literacy group in Edsby for more information about literacy at CCI and to prepare for the upcoming OSSLT in March.
